Lets Care All, Application Overview
Lets Care All is a full-stack, role-based task management system for care and office teams. It covers task workflows, call/email logging, messaging, notifications, daily work tracking, and analytics. Access is controlled by roles and permissions on the backend.
How Access Works
The app has two layers of control:
- Super Admin, A special role that bypasses all permission checks and gets exclusive admin UI and analytics.
- Other roles, Seeded roles include Major Role / Project Manager, HR Manager, and Risk Assessor. Their access depends on permissions assigned to their role (e.g., can create tasks, view calls, etc.).
The UI shows most navigation to all logged-in users, but the API enforces what each user is actually allowed to do. Suspended accounts are blocked with a 403 error.
What a Regular User Can Do
A regular user is anyone who is not Super Admin, or who has not been given elevated permissions. By default they work within their own tasks and personal data.

- Forgot password flow

Task visibility is scoped: users see only tasks assigned to them or created by them, unless they have a role with broader view permissions.

- Permanently delete tasks

What a Super Admin Can Do
Super Admin is the top role (system default, changeable after first login). It has full platform access and exclusive admin UI.
Admin-Only Navigation (visible only to Super Admin)
| Page | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Users | Create, edit, delete users; assign roles; suspend/restore access |
| Roles | Create, edit, delete roles; assign permissions |
| Audit Logs | View system activity (filterable) |
User Management
- List and search all users
- Create users (temporary default password, must be changed)
- Edit name, email, role, status, password
- Block/restore dashboard access (active ↔ inactive)
- Delete users (not Super Admin accounts or themselves)
Role & Permission Management
- Create, edit, and delete custom roles
- Assign granular permissions by module: Users, Roles, Tasks, Calls, Emails, Messages, Reports, Notifications
- System roles (like Super Admin) cannot be deleted
Task Oversight
- See all tasks across the organization
- Edit, remove, restore, and permanently delete any task
Analytics & Reports, Super Admin Only
- Organization-wide summary (tasks, users, calls, emails)
- Per-user performance
- Tasks over time
- Breakdowns by priority and category
- Per-user drill-down reports
Daily Reports, Organization View
- Super Admin can view all users’ daily work entries
- Filter by user, day, week, or month
- Regular users only see their own “Daily Work Register”
Dashboard & Widgets (Super Admin)
- Total users
- Total roles
- All tasks overview
- Recent call logs count
- Plus everything regular users see
Delegated Admin Powers (Non–Super Admin)
Some admin-like actions can be granted to other roles via permissions, even though the Admin sidebar stays hidden:
| Area | What can be delegated |
|---|---|
| Users | User CRUD, access toggles, audit log viewing |
| Roles | Role CRUD and permission assignment |
| Tasks | See everyone’s tasks, edit, remove, restore, permanently delete |
| Calls | View and log calls |
| Emails | View and log emails |
Example: A Project Manager with “see all tasks” and “edit tasks” permissions could oversee all tasks without being Super Admin, but would still not see the Admin sidebar or analytics reports.
Documentation redacted for public safety, all admin credentials, backup endpoints, audit log details, and internal permission strings removed.
